How to Register for a She Ascends Event

A step-by-step walkthrough for signing up on your phone — from the She Ascends website through our Gametime Hero registration page. It only takes a couple of minutes.

Before you start

• Have your name, email, and phone number handy.

• Drop In Hike is $15; First Time Hike and Member slots are free.

• You’ll sign a quick waiver — scroll through all of it before you can submit.

1 Open the She Ascends website

Go to sheascends.org in your browser. You’ll land on the Hiking + Wellness home page.

2 Open the menu and tap “She Ascends Offerings”

Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner, then tap She Ascends Offerings to expand the list of programs.

3 Tap “Meet Up Hikes” and choose your state

Tap Meet Up Hikes, then pick your state — Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Michigan.

4 Pick the hike you want from the list

On the region page, make sure Upcoming is selected, then tap the hike you’d like to join.

5 Review the details and tap “Register”

Check the date, time, location, and skill level. When you’re ready, tap the green Register button at the top.

6 Set your RSVP to “Yes”

In the Event Registration window, tap Yes under “Your RSVP.” Add a comment if you’d like (optional).

7 Fill in your contact information

Enter your email, first name, last name, and phone number. Email and phone are required.

8 Add your slot under “Available Slots”

Tap Add on the slot that fits you: Drop In Hike ($15), First Time Hike (free), or Member (free). A red cart icon means the slot is added, and the Cost Summary updates with your total.

9 Start the waiver — tap “Complete”

Under Waivers & Forms to complete, tap Complete next to “She Ascends Waiver and Terms of Service.”

10 Read the full waiver (scroll to the bottom)

Confirm your first and last name, then scroll all the way through the waiver text. You must reach the bottom — you’ll see “Successfully reached to the bottom.”

11 Sign and tap “Sign & Continue”

Type your full name in the Signature box, then tap Sign & Continue.

12 Submit the waiver form

Once the signature shows “Saved,” tap Submit Form. You’ll see “Form submitted successfully.”

13 Finish — tap “Submit RSVP”

Back on the registration screen the waiver now shows 1/1 complete. Tap Submit RSVP to confirm — or “$15.00 | Pay & Submit RSVP” if you added a paid slot.

14 You’re confirmed!

That’s it — you’ll see “You’re Going! Your RSVP has been confirmed.” From here you can Message Host or Discover More Events.

15 Check your email confirmation

You’ll also get a confirmation email from Gametime Hero. Tap “View & Manage Your RSVP” anytime to view event details or update your RSVP.

You’re all set! 🏔

Your spot is confirmed when you see “You’re Going!” Watch your email for event details and reminders. See you on the trail!
