At She Ascends, we believe connection is the foundation of wellness. Our women’s expos create space for women to meet, learn, and grow together through shared experiences in hiking, wellness, and personal empowerment. These gatherings are designed to strengthen community, inspire confidence, and encourage women to explore new paths—together.

Giving back is at the heart of everything we do. Proceeds from our expos support local women’s shelters and the She Ascends Leap Forward Scholarship, helping provide safety, resources, and opportunities for women to continue learning, growing, and stepping into their potential. Through connection, movement, and purpose, our expos empower women not only to rise—but to lift others along the way.

An Expo With A Purpose


All profits and admission fees from this event will directly support the She Ascends Leap Forward Scholarship, which provides financial assistance to women furthering their education. In addition, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the local women’s shelter, helping provide safety, support, and essential resources to women in our community.
